REM is an original concept based on a dream realm in a parallel universe. In the universe exists a planet called REM, where the atmosphere is so thick, no light reaches the surface. The bioluminescent creatures on Planet REM are dangerous and hostile, pushing the civilization underground.

The Remian civilization is tasked with the guidance of human dreams, steering them away from corruption and self-destruction – maintaining the balance in our sister universes.
